2. Our Products
Ideas In Iron specializes in digital 3D model files and related downloadable products.
All products are delivered digitally via direct download after successful payment.
No physical goods are shipped.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and previews for each product. However, variations in color, scale, or rendering software may affect how the models appear.
3. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal using Hostinger’s integrated webshop system.
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the specified amount.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes where required by law.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Upon successful payment, you will receive an automatic download link or digital delivery confirmation. Delivery occurs instantly or within a few minutes after payment completion.
If you do not receive your file within a reasonable time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@ideasiniron.eu.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales of digital products are final.
Because our products are downloadable and can be stored or copied, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the download link has been provided.
Refunds are only possible in the case of:
Duplicate payments, or
A technical issue (e.g. corrupt file) that cannot be resolved.

6. License and Usage Rights
When you purchase a digital product from Ideas In Iron, you are not buying ownership of the file — you are obtaining a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for your own projects according to the terms below.
You May:
Use the purchased 3D models in personal or commercial projects (such as renders, videos, or visualizations).
Modify or adapt the model for your own creative use.
You May Not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file or any modified version of it.
Claim the design or model as your own original creation.
Include our digital products in other collections, libraries, or resale platforms.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license and potential legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All digital products, designs, files, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Ideas In Iron unless otherwise stated.
All rights are reserved.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright ownership.
8. Technical Requirements
Before purchasing, please ensure that your device and software can open and use the file format provided.
We are not responsible for compatibility issues related to unsupported software or hardware.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ideas In Iron is not responsible for:
Any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our digital products,
Software or hardware malfunctions caused by improper file use,
Third-party payment processing errors (handled by Stripe or PayPal).
Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Latvia and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Latvia.
